You will oversee operational meetings, crew scheduling, and performance evaluations while driving productivity and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Harvest operations (yield, sanitary dress, etc.).
• Must communicate effectively in English (spoken, reading, and writing).
• Extensive travel may be required to plant sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in operational meetings.
• Evaluate departmental performance and take corrective actions.
• Use Kronos reporting to establish crew needs.
• Schedule tasks and communicate with employees.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and quality.
• Troubleshoot areas to minimize downtime during production.
• Perform SQF checks and monitor cleanliness and safety practices.
• Conduct job-specific training for equipment operation.
• HOLD monthly safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Verify labor hours and payroll reporting accuracy.
