Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience or the ability to succeed in the role.
• 1+ year of leadership experience or the ability to succeed in the role.
• Ability to coach, train, guide and hold a team accountable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a team of entry-level contributors and guides task completion.
• Participates in HR activities such as hiring, terminations, and performance management.
• Works hands-on with farm employees and supports weekend rotations as needed.
• Provides training to reinforce best practices, high standards, and positive behaviors.
• Monitors turkey health, environment, performance, feed, flocks, and records.
• Implements sanitation, disease prevention, and pest management programs.
• Maintains farm facilities and coordinates repairs and maintenance.
• Records and maintains accurate farm data and reports.
