Job summary

Curio Wellness in Missouri is seeking a Post-Harvest Supervisor to lead trimming, sorting, testing, and packaging operations. You will organize weekly plans, monitor performance, and coordinate with teammates to meet output goals.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and commitment to safety and compliance with state regulations. Experience with Acumatica/ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or four years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated personnel management experience.
• Horticulture or Agriculture experience preferred.
• Experience managing hourly teammates.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Metrc, and ERP Systems (Acumatica) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly post-harvest activities including trimming, sorting, testing, and packaging.
• Track department KPIs and compile weekly performance information.
• Enter schedules and process payroll for the department.
• Plan the following week’s activities and draft the division newsletter.
• Develop SOPs and supervise staff to meet output goals.
