Job summary

Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC is seeking a Harvest Supervisor to lead daily production, ensure safety and quality, and maintain efficient operations. You will manage crewing levels, direct production, and stay aligned with reports and schedules to meet customer specs.

Responsibilities include training, enforcing GMPs, reducing downtime, developing employees, and providing feedback while upholding company safety culture. Flexible shifts required in a USDA facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and around moving equipment with PPE.
• Willingness to extended hours Monday through Saturday with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate crewing to meet production requirements.
• Direct production to maintain/improve operating efficiency.
• Be familiar with production reports and daily production schedules.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and food safety standards.
• Train and enforce GMPs.
• Monitor downtime and seek ways to reduce downtime.
• Assist with employee development and provide performance feedback.
• Teach and demonstrate commitment to safety and quality of work.
