Job summary

Curio Wellness Corporation in Missouri is seeking a Post-Harvest Supervisor who reports to the Post-Harvest/Packaging Manager and choreographs post-harvest activities including flower trimming, sorting, testing, and packaging. You will plan, organize, direct, and coordinate tasks, manage workflows, track KPIs, schedule payroll, and develop the weekly work plan and division newsletter.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of people management, horticulture experience, and proficiency with Acumatica

Qualifications

3+ years of demonstrated personnel management experience.
Horticulture or Agriculture experience preferred.
Experience managing hourly teammates.
Experience in identifying flower integrity risks.
Mechanical aptitude – knowledge of trimming, sorting, packaging, labeling equipment, and basic electrical.
Detail and data oriented.
Ideal candidate: Experience in post-harvest operations.
Experience with Microsoft Suite, Metrc, and ERP Systems (Acumatica) a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all post-harvest activities are completed each week.
Track Key Performance Indicators for the department.
Enter work schedules and process payroll for the department.
Plan out the following week’s activities and write the work plan for the Division’s Newsletter.
Compile and present department performance information every week.
Track department/division performance within Acumatica and Metrc computer software systems.
