Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) - Motor Vehicle Administration seeks a dynamic MVA Branch Manager II to lead field operations with a focus on premier customer service and innovative solutions. This executive role reports to the Appointing Authority and is open to qualified candidates in Harford County.

The position requires planning, directing, and overseeing branch operations, audits, and staff.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Three years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Two years of experience in state or federal government preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee branch operations, audits, compliance, and premier customer service.
• Collaborate with staff to solve customer issues and improve processes.
• Schedule and evaluate work of supervisors, agents, maintenance, and support staff.
• Act as a change agent within the MVA and develop workflow efficiencies.
• Lead in a union environment and manage staffing to fit business needs.
