Job summary

Atoms builds Physical AI with real-world robots for food, mining, and transport. This role is based in our San Francisco or Mountain View office locations, onsite five days a week.

You will lead end-to-end recruiting across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining, collaborating with Hardware leadership to scope roles and attract top hardware engineers. The position includes base salary, equity, and a performance-based bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience sourcing and closing hardware talent.
• Ability to discuss hardware challenges with engineers and managers.
• Strong knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area tech talent market.
• Proven track record of creative passive candidate sourcing.
• Analytical and collaborative approach to recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining to close hardware engineers.
• Build specialized talent pipelines for Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical and Firmware roles.
• Partner with Hardware engineering leadership to scope roles and refine requirements.
• Manage candidate experience with a high-touch, transparent interview process.
• Analyze data and candidate pipelines to optimize search strategies and time-to-hire.
