Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting across hardware roles.
• Ability to discuss complex hardware challenges with engineers and hiring managers.
• Established network and strong understanding of the San Francisco Bay Area tech talent landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining hardware engineering.
• Proactively source passive candidates with specialized hardware experience.
• Collaborate with Hardware engineering leadership to scope roles and align hiring goals.
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent interview experience reflecting our culture and vision.
• Use data and metrics to optimize search strategies and reduce time-to-hire in a competitive market.
