Job summary

Atoms is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining roles in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role partners with hardware engineering leaders to build pipelines for hardware, mechanical, electrical and firmware roles and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience sourcing and closing talent across hardware domains.
• Ability to speak fluently with engineers and hiring managers about hardware challenges.
• Established network and strong understanding of the SF Bay Area tech talent landscape.
• Track record of leveraging non-traditional candidate channels to engage hard-to-find passive talent.
• Analytical approach to recruitment metrics with strong communication to advise hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining functions.
• Proactively source passive candidates with hardware, mechanical, electrical, and firmware experience.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering leadership to scope roles and refine requirements.
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent interview journey reflecting company culture and vision.
• Use data and pipeline metrics to optimize search strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
