Atoms is seeking a recruiting professional to own full-cycle recruiting for tech roles across the US, with responsibility for intake sessions and building sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles such as infra, ML, and platform.

You will manage candidate pipelines, provide updates to stakeholders, and keep processes moving as priorities shift. This on-site role is based in Los Angeles with a base salary range of $89,000–$140,000 per year, plus equity opportunities and annual bonus potential.
