Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote hardware support for workstations, servers, printers and teleconferencing equipment.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare documentation including diagrams and configuration changes.
• Analyze hardware requirements and develop installation schedules to streamline deployment.
