Job summary

Role requires five days on-site, TS/SCI with polygraph, 8570, and Security+ preferred; duties include site surveys, hardware installation, testing, documentation, and collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of IT experience.
• 8570 Certification; Security+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 on-site and remote hardware support.
• Perform site surveys, documentation, and deployment planning.
• Install and configure hardware, cabling, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware to minimize downtime.
• Train end users on hardware and IT resources.
• Ensure security practices with Active Directory and patches.
