You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for critical technical roles and help drive our company’s growth and success. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, engage passive candidates, and analyze metrics to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in technical sourcing or recruiting with a track record for technical hires.
• Strong understanding of modern tech stacks and hardware development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and sourcing tools.
• Collaborative, fast-paced team player with initiative.

Responsibilities
