You will partner closely with sourcers and recruiters to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates for critical technical roles. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, social platforms, and market research to uncover passive and active candidates,

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years in technical sourcing or recruiting.
Understanding of modern technology stacks and hardware development processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Data-driven approach to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
