Job summary

You will partner with fellow sourcers and recruiters to understand role requirements, drive sourcing strategies, and continuously improve workflows using data-driven insights and modern tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in technical sourcing or recruiting.
• Understanding of modern technology stacks and hardware development processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating sourcing effectiveness.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Identification: Identify passive and active technical candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Candidate Engagement: Engage candidates with tailored messaging and personalized communication.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain candidate pipelines for various technical roles.

• Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics to refine strategies and workflows.
