You will partner with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for critical technical roles, analyze sourcing metrics, and refine workflows to drive growth and success.

Qualifications

4+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting
Understanding of modern hardware and software tech stacks
Excellent written and verbal communication
Data-driven evaluation of sourcing effectiveness
Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search
Team-oriented in fast-paced environments
