You will partner with sourcers and recruiters to understand technical requirements, refine sourcing strategies, and contribute to a data-driven, collaborative recruitment process across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting
• Understanding of modern technology stacks and hardware development
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Data-driven approach to evaluating sourcing effectiveness
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities
