You will apply data-driven sourcing, leverage social platforms and tools, and collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in technical sourcing or recruiting.
• Understanding of modern tech stacks, hardware development processes, and technical skill sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficient in data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
