Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software issues in Windows 11, performing repairs and upgrades, and assisting with inventory and license compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hardware field service experience or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of hardware products and software capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Willingness to answer calls after hours as part of an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer and phone equipment, including site prep.
• Manage video conferencing setup.
• Diagnose, repair, upgrade, and provide ongoing hardware support.
• Diagnose, repair, and support software in a Windows 11 environment.
• Assist with admin tasks like inventory and software license compliance.
