Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sales team to meet targets and deliver service.
• Oversee inventory levels and assist with ordering to ensure supply and minimize outs.
• Provide expert product knowledge and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Drive sales on the floor, promote offers, and upsell products when appropriate.
• Assist in training new employees on policies, procedures and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment by adhering to standards.
• Assist with cash handling, opening/closing, and reporting as needed.
