Susanville Ace Hardware is hiring a Supervisory leader to oversee daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will supervise staff, manage HR-related tasks, and uphold safety and financial controls.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• College preferred or vocational training.
• Past managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and clear communication are essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent and embody core values and expectations.
• Provide regular coaching and mentoring to team members on projects and goals.
• Supervise all store staff including daily operations, leadership and HR functions.
• Oversee store safety, security, finances, customers and employees.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store displays.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, promotions, end caps and displays.
• Review inventory to reduce shrinkage and maintain stock levels.
