Everforth Apex is seeking a Technical/Hardware Sourcing Recruiter to build and deliver pipelines for hardware, firmware, and AI software roles supporting device, robotics, and AI product roadmaps. This sourcing role emphasizes market intelligence, candidate engagement, and data-driven strategies, working with senior recruiters to advance qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing hardware and/or software engineering talent.
• Proficient with advanced sourcing tools.
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines for Hardware Engineering roles.
• Source for Software Engineering roles, including Embedded Software.
• Develop scalable sourcing strategies using Boolean search, GitHub, StackOverflow, and HireEZ.
• Craft personalized outreach to engineering profiles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to refine role requirements.
• Deliver insights on skill trends and competitors.
• Pass qualified candidates to Senior Recruiters for progression.
