Apptronik is seeking a highly experienced, versatile, and execution-oriented Technical Sourcer to lead sourcing strategy and execution for our fast-paced hiring needs across software, hardware, and product teams.

In this role, you will apply deep sourcing expertise across multiple disciplines, design CA office interview loops, and partner with local leadership to ensure a high-touch, scalable candidate experience at our Mountain View site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced startups.
• Experience leading talent-mapping across hardware, software, and product roles.
• Proven ability to coordinate end-to-end interview loops.

Responsibilities

• Shape sourcing strategy across hardware, software, and product teams.
• Lead sourcing of passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and publications.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial vetting calls for technical fit.
• Own on-site interview logistics and coordination for Mountain View.
• Ensure data integrity in Greenhouse and drive process improvements.
• Deliver data-driven insights on talent markets to leadership.
