Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to drive hardware hiring for the Air Dominance and Strike division, operating independently as a subject matter expert. This role focuses on attracting top hardware talent and shaping long-term talent strategy.

Based in Costa Mesa, CA now, with anticipated Long Beach, CA base in 2027. Requires ability to obtain DoD security clearance and strong strategic stakeholder collaboration to move complex hiring projects forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring.
• Ability to translate complex information into a data-driven narrative.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments with stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence best practices.
• Knowledge of recruitment tech and process innovation.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting tools and automation.
• Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers, and leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive high-impact hiring.
• Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
• Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews using tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem.
