Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, business, or related technical field.
• 5 years of program or project management experience in commercial or defense sectors.
• Knowledge of EVMS, IMP/IMS, and risk/issue management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution across cost, schedule, and technical targets.
• Establish performance baselines and resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and operations.
