Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry.
• Knowledge of EVMS, IMP/IMS, and risk/issue management is required.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Establish performance baselines and manage resource allocation plans.
• Lead program reviews and coordinate with supporting functions.
• Develop growth opportunities within the customer base and pursue new captures.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to the Quality Management System.
