Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a seasoned program manager to oversee the full lifecycle of medium to large projects of considerable complexity, ensuring cost, schedule and technical performance targets are met.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with suppliers and customers, manage risk, and drive business development activities while maintaining strong partnerships and delivering high‑impact results.

Qualifications

• 7 years professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with government projects/programs and customer interfaces is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance targets are met.
• Establish baselines and resource allocation plans, and manage supplier performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and interface with customers to maintain strong partnerships.
• Support contract negotiations, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
