Qualifications

Own overall program execution, including cost, schedule, and technical performance targets.
Develop and manage resource allocation plans; recruit and develop key talent.
Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure successful delivery.
Lead contract negotiations, reporting, deliverables, and changes.
Ensure adherence to Quality Management System and customer requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
