Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, including cost, schedule, and technical performance targets.
• Develop and manage resource allocation plans; recruit and develop key talent.
• Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead contract negotiations, reporting, deliverables, and changes.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System and customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
