Qualifications

• 7 years professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related technical field preferred.
• Strong understanding of DoD and IC customers, contracting procedures, and capture campaigns.
• Ability to lead programs through all product lifecycles and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Own project/program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Establish performance baselines and manage resource allocation with functional teams.
• Act as primary customer contact and coordinate with supply chain and suppliers.
• Lead reviews, manage opportunities/risks/issues, and ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop strong customer partnerships and drive new business with customers.
