Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks an Operations Production Support Coordinator to manage electronics inventory, calibration tracking, and lab spaces in a high-mix, low-volume production environment.

This role coordinates equipment transfer, supports maintenance, and collaborates with vendors and program managers to keep production on schedule. Onsite only, with security compliance considerations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a lab or facility operations management role.
• Experience with inventory control and calibration tracking in a production environment.
• Familiarity with MRP security and lab/facility operations practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of equipment between work area and Cal lab.
• Escort lab personnel for on-site calibration and ESD bench certification.
• Track hardware builds and update travelers and work orders.
• Maintain quality control spreadsheets for production status and changes.
• Track chemicals, limited life materials, and other consumables.
• Manage preventative maintenance, order parts and schedule maintenance.
• Submit purchase orders to buyers and work with vendors for quotes.
