Job summary

Draper is a nonprofit R&D organization in Cambridge, MA, seeking a seasoned project/program manager to oversee complex, multi-disciplinary programs from inception to completion. You will coordinate with engineering, science, procurement, and customer teams to meet cost, schedule and technical goals while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of project/program management tools and processes (EVMS, IMS/IMS, and risk management).
• Experience with government projects/programs and customer interfaces.
• Ability to travel as needed and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of medium to large projects/programs of considerable complexity.
• Own program execution: cost, schedule and technical performance targets.
• Establish baselines, allocate resources, and coordinate with functional teams.
