Job summary

ProdataKey is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Draper, UT to lead hardware product programs from planning through release. You will coordinate with hardware, firmware, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality across the development lifecycle.

The role emphasizes NPI/Phase-Gate processes, supplier management, and regulatory certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of program management experience in hardware design and manufacturing.
• Experience with NPI/Phase-Gate processes (EVT, DVT, PVT).
• Proficiency with BOMs and ECOs/ECNs across product lifecycles.
• Familiarity with physical access control hardware (RFID readers, controllers, locks, cameras).
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end hardware program delivery meeting scope, schedule, and quality goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, supply chain, and manufacturing to define plans and milestones.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation across disciplines and suppliers.
• Use Jira/Confluence to track schedules, dependencies, and risks and report to leadership.
• Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and manufacturing partners (domestic and international).
• Support certification/testing processes (FCC, UL, CE) and regulatory compliance.
