Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in the United States, Montana region. The role involves performing hardware-focused, break-fix services on client products and troubleshooting under routing guidelines.

You will report to the Territory Supervisor and may provide guidance to colleagues while handling service calls and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to client locations.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation with registration and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
