Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC seeks a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will perform hardware-focused break-fix services and solutions on client products, troubleshoot, and make decisions per department guidelines.

You will handle service calls, asset control, and related administration while supporting clients on-site. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a technical school certification or equivalent, and a valid driver’s

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
