Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will perform hardware-focused break-fix services on client products and troubleshoot issues within established guidelines.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, drive to client locations, and own a basic repair toolkit. Training and certifications are provided where indicated.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with adequate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
