Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a CMS Team Lead to manage a group delivering Computer Maintenance Services at a client site in Washington, DC. You will act as the SPOC for client needs and escalations, providing hands-on desktop support and mentoring team members to resolve issues efficiently.

You will oversee imaging, asset tracking, and incident handling while coordinating with desktop support to meet SLAs. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7 years' experience in end-user support at site level.
• Experience leading/mentoring a team.
• Proficient Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and imaging workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CMS team and act as single point of contact for client needs and escalations.
• Provide on-site desktop support, image devices, and deploy equipment.
• Maintain asset tracking and manage tickets in ServiceNow with proper documentation.
• Develop end-user guidance and training materials; mentor team members.
• Support special projects and ensure SLAs are met.
• Assist with escalated issues from help desk and drive process improvements.
