Job summary

HCLTech in Columbia, SC is seeking a CMS Analyst to support the Computer Maintenance Services team. You will assist personnel with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.

The role provides daily operations support, verifies hardware/software functionality, and troubleshoots issues in person, remotely, and by phone. You will help employees with computer problems and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Hardware technicians repair computer equipment and related devices when damage has occurred. They also run tests on the equipment afterwards to ensure its working effectively before returning it to the use.
• Work with CPU, RAM, BIOS, motherboards, power supplies, and other PC components.
• Install, configure, and maintain hard drives.
