Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts seeks an Electrical Engineer II to design, analyze, and validate digital/analog hardware for Radar Receiver, Exciter, and Transmitter subsystems. You will develop circuit card assemblies, perform tests, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to meet program requirements.

The role covers design trades, electrical analysis, test planning, and production support. 1st shift, on-site in MA, with potential travel and leadership opportunities. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

Requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required; US citizenship is required to be eligible for clearance.
Experience with digital/analog hardware design and related testing is expected.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze digital/analog hardware architectures and subsystems.
Perform circuit design, modeling, simulation, and verification across CCSAs and subsystems.
Transition designs to production and provide technical support to manufacturing and test teams.
Collaborate with systems, mechanical, and other electrical engineers to flow down requirements and perform trade studies.
Occasionally travel to supplier, integration, and customer sites; may lead small projects within area of responsibility.
