Job summary

The role focuses on data accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of HAM processes, including ServiceNowHAM Pro capabilities and CMDB integrations, with mentoring and training for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise Hardware Asset Management programs.
• 3+ years audit readiness and regulatory requirements.
• 2+ years establishing data quality standards and trusted asset records.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow ITAM HAM Pro, Discovery, and CMDB integrations.
• 2+ years governing CMDB platforms and hardware inventories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management and lifecycle governance.
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, reconciliation, and policy adherence.
• Lead HAM Pro enhancements and integrations with CMDB/Discovery.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security, and IT for stakeholder alignment.
• Develop trainings, documentation, reporting, and analytics to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
