Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist to act as the enterprise SME for HAM, driving governance, data quality, and ServiceNow HAM Pro optimization across the organization.

You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Security, Governance and IT to improve asset visibility, support audits and mentor staff, while advancing HAM maturity and analytics through training, documentation, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Hardware Asset Management programs.
• 3+ years managing audit readiness activities and regulatory requirements.
• 2+ years establishing data quality standards and trusted asset records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management and ensure data integrity across HAM platforms.
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, including inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
• Lead ServiceNow HAM Pro configuration and CMDB/Discovery integrations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security and IT to improve asset visibility and lifecycle governance.
• Develop training, documentation, reporting and analytics to drive HAM adoption and continuous improvement.
