Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist to serve as the enterprise SME for HAM and drive lifecycle governance, HAM Pro optimization, audit readiness, data quality, and process improvements across the organization.

The specialist partners with Procurement, Finance, Security, Governance, and IT to establish trusted asset data, improve asset visibility, and enable data-driven decision making. Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise Hardware Asset Management experience.
• 3+ years managing audit readiness activities and reconciliation.
• 2+ years establishing and maintaining data quality standards.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow ITAM capabilities including HAM Pro, CMDB integrations.
• 2+ years supporting governance frameworks and CMDB accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management and lifecycle governance.
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle including inventory accuracy and controls.
• Lead ServiceNow HAM Pro configuration, admin tasks, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security and IT to improve asset visibility.
• Develop training, documentation, and analytics to drive HAM adoption and efficiency.
