The specialist ensures accurate, audit-ready asset data while leading continuous improvements in HAM practices and cross‑functional asset governance, partnering with Procurement, Finance, Security, Governance and IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise Hardware Asset Management programs.
• 3+ years audit readiness activities and complex reconciliation.
• 2+ years establishing data quality standards and trusted asset records.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow ITAMHAM Pro, Discovery, CMDB integrations.
• 2+ years governing CMDB platforms and enterprise hardware inventories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management and governance.
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
• Lead ServiceNow HAM Pro enhancements, CMDB integrations, and related tech.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security, and IT to improve asset visibility.
• Develop training, reporting, process maps, and analytics to drive adoption and efficiency.
