The role collaborates with Procurement, Finance, Security, Governance, and IT to optimize HAM practices, enhance HAM Pro, ensure audit readiness, and maintain trusted asset data across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise hardware asset programs and lifecycle governance.
• 3+ years managing audit readiness and complex reconciliations.
• 2+ years establishing data quality standards and trusted asset records.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow ITAM, including HAM Pro and CMDB integrations.
• 2+ years supporting governance frameworks across CMDB and asset inventories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise SME for HAM, ensuring data integrity and lifecycle compliance.
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, including inventory accuracy and policy adherence.
• Lead configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow HAM Pro capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve asset visibility, tracking, and governance.
• Develop training, reporting, and analytics to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
