Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing the life cycle of IT hardware assets including planning, procurement, and refresh.
• Experience maintaining accurate hardware inventory and asset records.
• Experience providing technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software.
• Experience analyzing systems to evaluate hardware compatibility with business apps.
• Experience documenting technical requirements and testing solutions with teams.
• Knowledge of security patching and update practices for end-user devices.
• Experience coordinating IT installation and relocation projects, including scheduling.
• Experience communicating with vendors to coordinate installations and ensure specs.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects/locations.
