Job summary

Intellibee seeks an IT Hardware Asset Analyst in Petersburg, VA to support the Technology Services department. The role focuses on managing IT assets, tracking lifecycles, and maintaining accurate records across asset types and contracts.

Responsibilities include reporting on asset status, updating ticket information, and coordinating IT asset transfers while ensuring compliance with licensing and vendor contracts. This position requires physical ability to lift 50lbs and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• IT Asset Management experience required.
• Hardware inventory management experience required.
• ITSM/ticketing system experience required.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
• Asset lifecycle management knowledge required.

• Inventory auditing experience required.
• Ability to lift, pull or push 50lbs as part of job duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of IT assets between business units within 5–7 business days.
• Generate, distribute, and review weekly IT asset management reports.
• Complete ITSM tickets within 7–10 business days.
• Monitor the ITSM IT Asset Management queue daily.
• Update notes to clearly capture lifecycle of tickets.
