Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on Workday Product Analyst to join the Strategic Operations team in the Dunwoody, GA area. The role focuses on HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and process improvement.

You will troubleshoot tickets, build reports and dashboards, and participate in six‑week sprints to deliver system enhancements and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday expert with strong functional and technical experience across HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting.
• Experience configuring Workday and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
• Ability to build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on Workday SME with focus on HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting.
• Manage, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday tickets and data issues.
• Execute Workday configuration updates and business process modifications.
• Build and schedule Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Prepare, load, validate, and troubleshoot EIBs for mass data updates.
• Support Workday document management and regulatory compliance needs.
• Participate in six-week project sprints with Workday PMs and leadership.
• Monitor product health, data adoption, and suggest improvements.
• Lead validation, regression testing, and deployment for Workday releases.
• Provide advanced Tier 2 troubleshooting for complex Workday issues.
