Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Corporate Payroll team at our Dunwoody, GA location. You will own payroll processing for hotels, resorts and corporate entities, partnering with HR, Finance and Benefits to deliver accurate, on-time pay across multiple states.

The role requires hands-on Workday Payroll expertise, familiarity with tipped employees and multi-state payroll complexities, including compliance with federal, state and local laws.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience for a large, complex multi-state workforce.
• Hospitality industry payroll experience (hotels/resorts) required.
• Hands-on Workday Payroll processing experience required (Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Reporting).
• Experience managing actual payroll cycles in a multi-property/shared-services environment.
• Strong understanding of gross-to-net payroll calculations and wage-payment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned properties and corporate entities across multiple states and cycles.
• Validate timecards, hours, overtime, PTO, bonuses, deductions and other payroll transactions.
• Process payroll for hourly, salaried, tipped, seasonal and other employee populations.
• Perform payroll audits and reconcile payroll data prior to finalization.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits and HRIS to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance.
