Job summary

ITAC Solutions is working with a client in the Birmingham/Atlanta area seeking a hands-on Workday Report Writer to design reporting solutions for HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, and more. You will own advanced Workday reporting, build Prism datasets, and translate business requirements into reliable data.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Report Writer experience.
• Experience with Prism Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Workday Report Writer Certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced, matrix, composite, and RaaS reports.
• Build complex calculated fields across HCM data sources.
• Create Prism datasets and derived datasets.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Validate reports and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Support Workday upgrades, testing, and validation.
• Document report logic and maintain reporting standards.
