Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Corporate Payroll team. You will own payroll processing for multiple properties and corporate entities, ensuring timely, accurate payments across hotel and resort operations.

You’ll work hands-on with Workday Payroll, handle multi-state requirements, and collaborate with HR, Finance and property teams to maintain compliance and data integrity. This role is on-site at our Dunwoody corporate office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience for a large, multi-state workforce.
• Hospitality industry payroll experience required.
• Hands-on Workday Payroll processing experience required.
• Experience with Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Reporting in Workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for hotels, resorts and corporate entities.
• Review timecards, hours, overtime, PTO, bonuses and deductions.
• Process payroll for hourly, salaried, tipped staff and seasonal workers.
• Perform payroll audits and resolve discrepancies before finalization.
• Support multi-state payroll across jurisdictions.
