Wingstop is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager in Woodland, CA to lead shifts, supervise Crew Members, and ensure top-notch guest service. You’ll work alongside the team, stepping into Front of House and Back of House duties and maintaining Wingstop standards for speed, accuracy, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts and ensure stations are properly staffed, prepared, and operating efficiently.
• Work side-by-side with Crew Members and perform regular Crew Member duties as business needs require, including greeting guests and taking orders.
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond promptly and professionally to guest questions or concerns.
• Manage speed of service, order accuracy, and food quality during the shift.
• Maintain Wingstop standards for cleanliness, food safety, and overall guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared according to Wingstop recipes and properly labeled and stored.
• Complete required food-safety and operational checks, including temperature logs.
• Monitor labor and adjust staffing based on sales and GM direction.
• Coach Crew Members in service, food quality, cleanliness, productivity, and teamwork.
• Delegate shift responsibilities and maintain a professional work environment.
